Sunday celebration experience
Five Invitations is a request to show up and be fully present for every aspect of your life. It sheds light on the preciousness of every moment and reminds us that the best preparation for death is forging and authentic and meaningful life, free of regret. Frank Ostaseski has sat on the precipice of death with more than a thousand people. In this book he distill the lessons learned during those vulnerable moments about what matters most. His profound stories function as a compass in unknown territory and help us wonder and grow in wisdom and love.
Frank Ostaseski is cofounder of Zen Hospice Project, founder of Metta Institute, a Buddhist teach, and a leading voice in end-of-life care.

On Sunday, 4/2/23, Rev Ron will conclude our series with the 5th Invitation, “Cultivate Don’t Know Mind.”
“Cultivate Don’t Know Mind” may seem confusing at first. But this is not an encouragement to avid knowledge. Don’t know mind is one characterized by curiosity, surprise, and wonder. It is receptive, ready to meet whatever shows up as it is.
Don’t know mind is an invitation to enter life with fresh eyses, to empty our minds and open our hearts.
