new prayer and meditation class
We invite you to join us for our next class. Our Lead Prayer Chaplain, Melissa Arrant will be guiding us through a discussion of how prayer and meditation change us.
This four-week class will explore the science of prayer and meditation. In addition, this class will invite participants to embark on a journey into these instrumental practices. Each session, we will explore the "how" and "why" of these fundamental spiritual practices.
This class begins Wednesday, October 2nd and the suggested love offering is $15 per class or $60 in total.
There are no books to buy. We will be providing links to the course material.
