Director Kelly Noonan Gores' documentary takes us on a scientific and spiritual journey where we discover that our thoughts, beliefs, and emotions have a huge impact on our health and ability to heal. The latest science reveals that we are not victims of unchangeable genes, nor should we buy into a scary prognosis. The fact is we have more control over our health and life than we have been taught to believe. This film will empower you with a new understanding of the miraculous nature of the human body and the extraordinary healer within us all.
HEAL not only taps into the brilliant minds of leading scientists and spiritual teachers but follows three people on actual high stakes healing journeys. Healing can be extremely complex and deeply personal, but it can also happen spontaneously in a moment. Through these inspiring and emotional stories, we find out what works, what doesn't, and why.
Featuring Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr Joe Dispenza, Anita Moorjani, Bruce Lipton, Marianne Williamson, Dr. Michael Beckwith, Gregg Braden, Anthony William the Medical Medium, Dr. Kelly Turner and many more.
Tickets are $10 each at the door. Doors open at 5:45 pm
the Tibetan monks of the drepung gomang monastery
June 19 - 24, 2018
We were blessed to have been visited by this spirited group of maroon and saffron clad wise-men, whose only purpose is to free us of suffering and teach us about compassion and loving kindness. From the creation of the Sand Mandala, to their Cultural Dinner, to the sacred chanting and meditation, the stone painting and the cultural pageant, their week-long presence at our center left an indelible mark on us all. Although they have long gone their presence lingers still, in each one of our hearts.

interfaith gathering & diversity celebration, February 3, 2018
On Saturday, February 3 from 10 am to 4 pm, representatives from seven different faiths shared their beliefs with the Panama City at our Living the Golden Rule Interfaith Gathering and Diversity Celebration. The event supported the United Nations World Harmony Week resolution which was adopted on October 20, 2010.
Representatives from the various faiths had literature and other items about their religion and some brought cultural food to share as well. Each of the faiths represented gave a 15-minute talk at the top of the hour in Unity’s sanctuary. And many folks took advantage of the deeper discussions that were given during the 45-minute Discussion Groups held at various times times throughout the day.
Our Unity in the CommUNITY volunteers supported the event by assisting with set-up and tear down as well as serving in welcoming the attendees.
The event was well received and we were encouraged to have it again next year.
