About Our Minister
Darby Neptune has been involved in Unity for 16 years and was ordained in 2007. After becoming the Senior Minister of Unity of Panama City in November 2007, she has provided consistent spiritual and practical leadership that inspires others to transform their lives and to make a difference in the world. She has 30 years of experience in empowering and developing others. For 20 years in the Orlando area, Darby had her own training and consulting business helping churches, nonprofits, and businesses to be more effective. She is proud of her work with youth, elders, and people with disabilities. Darby grew up outside Washington, D.C. and has lived in Egypt and Taiwan. An active community member and volunteer , Darby has served on numerous nonprofit boards of directors, is a graduate of Leadership Bay, and serves as a member of Emerald Coast Business Women. Outside of work, Darby enjoys walking, travel, theater, and time with friends and family.
